Returns:
We offer returns up to 14 days from the date of purchase for a store credit, on all full priced items only (excluding underwear).
Please note that unfortunately we are unable to accept returns on underwear items, due to hygiene regulations under the Australian consumer law.
Returned goods must be in original condition, unworn and unwashed.Once satisfied, your credit will be issued to your email as a unique code to use at checkout.
We are not responsible for the cost of return postage. When returning an item, you should consider using a trackable shipping service, as we are not liable for lost packages.
Faulty items:
Your items are thoroughly checked before delivery, however if you believe you have received a faulty item please contact us immediately. We will treat this with the highest priority.
Once deemed faulty, a replacement will be offered. In the chance a replacement is not available, we will make contact to arrange alternate options.
